Liebe Suchende,

diese Wohnung könnte dein neues temporäres Zuhause werden. Ab Weihnachten sind wir auf Reisen und bieten unsere möblierte Altbauwohnung im schönen Agnesviertel für mindestens 1 Monat zur Untermiete an. Der Zeitraum kann gerne individuell abgesprochen werden.

Wir suchen eine ruhige Einzelperson oder auch zwei Personen, bevorzugt berufstätig oder mit alternativem Einkommensnachweis. Haustiere sind im Haus leider nicht erlaubt.

Wir freuen uns auf eure Nachrichten und organisieren baldmöglichst Besichtigungen, auch online möglich.

We will be traveling from Christmas onward and are looking for a sublettee or 2 sublettees, preferrably employed or with alternative proof of income. The minimum timeframe for the sublet would be 1 full month, and the period can be negotiated flexibly.

Our 2.5-room furnished apartment is conveniently located in the popular Agnesviertel, roughly 20 mins on foot from the main train station and with a direct train connection to the airport from nearby Hansaring station.There are many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops and parks nearby. You're also only 10-15 mins away from the Rhine river.

We have strong WiFi in the apartment (250 M/bit download, 50 M/bit upload), so working from home doing Teams or Zoom calls is a breeze.
