As I will be in my home country for three months during the winter, I am offering my apartment in Neuhrenfeld/Bickendorf for a temporary sublet. The apartment is conveniently located just 6 minutes from Rochusplatz and within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants in Ehrenfeld. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures.
The rental price of 950 EUR is all-inclusive (rent, water, internet, electricity, and gas). The apartment is best suited for a quiet and peaceful person, preferably someone who doesn't use excessive heating (as gas prices have risen recently)—for instance, someone who spends most weekdays at the office or university.
Since the building is small and has a family-like atmosphere, please keep in mind that my landlady may want to meet you. It would be then ideal if you could speak a little German. :)
