Hallo, bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine zwei Zimmerwohnung in Köln Sülz. Mit vermietet werden meine zwei Katzen 😊. Ich würde tatsächlich gerne verreisen und das ist etwas schwierig. Deshalb ist die Kaltmiete beziehungsweise Warmmiete auch geringer als im Vergleich.
Es wäre schön, wenn man die Katze natürlich auch etwas kuscheln würde und sie lieb hat. ☺️
Die Details kann man dann ja besprechen.
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten entfernt von Beethoven Park und 5 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß von der Sülzburgstraße. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum ruhigen hinteren Gartenbereich raus.
