Die Räume haben keine Türen.
Sie ist sehr hell und sauber. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Es gibt WLAN.
I am sub renting my beautiful, centrally located, furnished apartment during my family visit for 1 month.
The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. I have a 1.8mx2m big bed.
The kitchen has a small fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, and other things necessary for cooking.
There is a piano you can play and a Dyson v11 vacuum cleaner.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Neumarkt in der Innenstadt, aber dennoch in einen ruhigen Innenhof.
Sie hat Domblick. Die Ehrenstraße, eine beliebte Shoppingstraße sowie die Hohe Straße sind fußläufig in 1 Minute bzw. 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Verschiedene Straßenbahnlinien (3,4,16,18,5,1,9...) sind fußläufig ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
It is located in the very center of the city, Neumarkt. There are many public transport options in different directions.
The best thing is that despite its central location, due to its being on the backside of the apartment, it is very quiet.
Central station is 10 minutes by tram.
Falls du den gesamten Dezember bleiben möchtest (anstatt nur bis zum 25.) ist das auch möglich, bitte sprich dich dazu mit mir ab.
While the big windows are brightening, and ventilating the whole apartment, thanks to its big heater, it is very easy to keep the apartment warm and cozy.

It is possible to extend your stay until the end of December, if needed.
