Cozy apartment in the Belgian Quarter from December 19 to January 19

I will be away from Cologne in the period December 19th - January 19th, so I am happy to sublease my apartment within this period to a person or couple who can be trusted. The apartment has two furnished rooms (one living room with kitchen and one bedroom), one toilet and one entrance hall. It is situated right in front of stadt garten in the fancy and vibrant Belgian Quarter, a central neighborood full of parks, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and public transports.
There are two REWE supermarkets, two organic markets and an ALDI within a 50 m radius. There is a kiosk on the ground floor of the liberal and open apartment building.

If you prefer to have your meals cooked for you, there are various good restaurants, trendy cafes, cozy beer gardens and cheap snack shops in the same area. There is something here for every budget.

In the evening, various bars, clubs, concert halls and the "Stadtmauer" offer a great night out. An alternative Christmas market in the Stadtgarten beer garden is offered right outside the door in December!

There is a modern 55" Sony TV in the living room. With an existing WIFI connection, TV channels can be used over the Internet (currently no cable/satellite TV connection). Gaming via console is no problem here!

The freshly made large and comfortable couch offers a chilled atmosphere even for 2.

The bedroom has a large chest of drawers, a spacious multi-door wardrobe and a 1.40m x 2m bed, including a clean mattress; if desired, you can buy/bring your own.

In the hallway there is a narrow and tall shoe cabinet (with a very small internal defect), which certainly works.
