Meine gemütliche und helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Terrasse nähe Kalk Post / Trimbornstr ist ab März bis Dezember frei. Sie ist möbliert und einige Pflanzen freuen sich über gelegentliche Liebe. Der Zeitraum wäre verhandelbar.

55qm groß, es gibt ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, separate Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Balkon und Terrasse für 900€ warm. Im Wohnzimmer gäbe es auch ein zweites Bett und Schrankplatz. Die Wohnung lässt sich also auch gut als 2-er WG bewohnen.

Nette Nachbarn sind auch im Paket mit drin!

2 Häkchen: das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße raus – du solltest also nicht lärmempfindlich sein bzw. in den ersten Wochen ein bisschen Geduld mitbringen, bis du dich daran gewöhnt hast (oder Ohrenstöpsel). Und die Terrasse sieht so aus, als wäre ich eben erst selbst eingezogen und noch am Basteln (der Rest der Wohnung auch ein bisschen) :) .

10 große Pluspunkte: Zur U-Bahn Kalk Post und zur S-Bahn Trimbornstr. sind es 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß, und von dort zum Hbf 2-10 Minuten, nach Ehrenfeld 15. Nach Mülheim sind es auch ca. 15 Minuten, die Merheimer Heide ist mit dem Rad oder Bus schnell erreicht. Es gibt gute Cafés und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke, Kneipen, Lebensmittel, Shoppingcenter, Kita, alles was das Herz begehrt!

My cozy and bright 2-bedroom-flat in Kalk close to U-Bahn Kalk Post and S-Bahn Trimbornstr is available from March onwards until December. We could negotiate the exact rental period.

The flat has 55sqm, a small bedroom, a large living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, balcony and terrace, and would cost 900€ (utilities included). In case you would like to share the flat, the living room could also offer a second bed and space to store clothes.

Friendly neighbors are included as well.

Two minor catches: the bedroom faces a busy street – you shouldn't be too noise-sensitive, or bring some patience until you've grown used to the noise (or bring earplugs). Also, the terrace (and to a lesser extent the rest of the flat) looks like I may have just moved in and am still busy cozying it up.

Ten major advantages: the flat is really well connected and at the heart of everything. It takes 5-10 minutes on foot to U-Bahn Kalk Post and S-Bahn Trimbornstr., from where frequent connections bring you to Köln Hbf and Messe/Deutz in 2-10 minutes, to the city center and Ehrenfeld in 15. To Köln Mülheim you'll need 15 minutes, the Merheimer Heide Park is close as well. The neighborhood has good cafés and restaurants, a few cozy bars, groceries, supermarkets, a mall, childcare, all your desires will be met here!
