I offer our cozy and fully equipped 2-room apartment in Cologne-Neuehrenfeld to the intermediate rental from 23. May (afternoon) until June 10.

The apartment is in the 4. Floor with elevator, has about 54 m2, a bedroom, a living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom – as well as a balcony. Ideal for an individual or couple – max. 2 persons.

My partner and I are on holiday during this period – that is why the apartment is rented.
We attach great importance to the fact that the apartment will leave clean and tidy.
Smoking is not allowed.

It would be great if you had a liability insurance.
An intermediate rental agreement is agreed on site on the terms mentioned.

Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen wird.

🐾 Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
👥 Vermietung nur an maximal 2 Personen.

Super wäre auch, wenn du eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast.
Es wird ein Zwischenmietvertrag vor Ort zu den genannten Konditionen vereinbart.
