Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, ein geräumiger Flur verbindet Bad, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer.
Die Küche mit Massivholz-Arbeitsplatte besitzt eine Spülmaschine, einen Induktionsherd und ist voll ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist frisch renoviert. Hier gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
In der gesamten Wohnung wurde beim Einzug ein Laminatboden in Holzoptik verlegt.
Das Wohnzimmer lässt sich durch seinen Schnitt in einen Wohn- und Essbereich einteilen.
Tiere sind in der Wohnung erlaubt.
Strom und gas kostet mittlerweile 189 euro.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Humboldt-Gremberg. In 15 Gehminuten ist ein Biobauernhof zu erreichen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen (Aldi, Lidl, türkische, asiatische, italienische Supermärkte). Auch die KölnArcaden sind in 12 Gehminuten gut erreichbar.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist vielfältig, so erreicht man in 8 min die S-Bahn Trimbornstraße, in 12 min die Stadtbahn Kalk Post und in 2 min eine Bushaltestelle der Linien 153 und 159.
