we rent our complete newly renovated apartment for 4-6 weeks in the period from the end of May to the middle of July.

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine etc.
From the sofa you can not only enjoy the view of the Rhine and the Green, but it can also be used as another sleeping area. Access to the large balcony with about 16 sqm is possible via living room and second bedroom. The Rhine can be seen from the balcony and 5 min walk away.

There is a large bathroom and a guest toilet. Both are also renovated.

One bedroom has a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed.
The second bedroom, which is currently a children's room, can be equipped with a sofa bed.

A private parking in front of the house is also included.

The price is 1,900 euros per month including all additional costs, electricity, internet etc.

A deposit of 2,500 euros is due before key transfer.

wir vermieten unsere komplette frisch renovierte Wohnung für 4-6 Wochen im Zeitraum von Ende Mai bis Mitte Juli.

Die Wohnküche ist mit neuen Geräten ausgestattet: Induktionsherd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat usw.
Vom Sofa aus kann man nicht nur den Blick auf den Rhein und ins Grüne genießen, sondern es kann auch als weiterer Schlafplatz genutzt werden. Ein Zugang zum großen Balkon mit ca 16 qm ist über Wohnzimmer und zweitem Schlafzimmer möglich. Der Rhein ist vom Balkon aus zu sehen und 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Es gibt ein großes Bad und ein Gäste-WC. Beides ebenfalls renoviert.

Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,40 x 2,00 m Bett.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer, das aktuell Kinderzimmer ist, kann mit einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet werden.

Ein privater Parkplatz vor dem Haus gehört auch dazu.

Der Preis beläuft sich auf 1.900 Euro pro Monat inkl. aller Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet etc.

Eine Kaution von 2.500 Euro ist fällig vor Schlüsselübergabe.
