Apartment or house for two people

My name is Keerthana Udayakumar, and I am looking for a fully furnished apartment or a fully furnished house for a couple. I am planning to relocate to a bigger space from my current rental residence to accommodate my boyfriend, and we are interested in renting a property from the beginning of July 2024.

I am a reliable and responsible person when it comes to renting a property. I understand the importance of maintaining a property very well, and at the same time keeping a harmonious relation between owner and tenant. Additionally, we are both non-smokers and do not have any pets. I am doing my master's degree at Hochschule Darmstadt and my boyfriend is working in Elektrobit GmbH. We are open to discussing longer-term arrangements if preferable.

I can provide you our SCHUFA (request now) score and proof of income if you are interested to proceed with us. We would appreciate it if you could schedule a convenient time for us to visit your property. We are available to visit the property at a mutually convenient time.
