Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Ece and together with my partner Paul I am looking for a new home.

We are a responsible, quiet and working couple that places great value on a well-maintained residential environment. Paul is B.A. in social education and works as a state-approved educator for the city of Langen. I am also working in the educational field and nursing work for my parents. Our income is secured and a guarantee can be provided by Paul's parents to secure the lease.

In our free time we like to cook together, spend cozy evenings and enjoy walks in the Long Forest. We are non-smoking, have no pets and are looking for a long-term rental relationship. A harmonious and positive neighbourhood environment is particularly important to us.

A bright and well-cut apartment in a quiet residential area in Langen would be ideal. A parking space for our car would also be desirable, but is not a must.

Unsere Einkünfte sind gesichert und zur Absicherung des Mietverhältnisses kann bei Bedarf eine Bürgschaft durch Pauls Eltern gestellt werden.

In unserer Freizeit kochen wir gerne gemeinsam, verbringen gemütliche Abende und genießen Spaziergänge im Langener Wald. Wir sind Nichtraucher, haben keine Haustiere und suchen ein langfristiges Mietverhältnis. Besonders wichtig ist uns ein harmonisches und positives Nachbarschaftsumfeld.

Eine helle und gut geschnittene Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Langen wären ideal. Ein Stellplatz für unser Auto wäre auch wünschenswert, aber ist kein Muss.
