Conne Island und verschiedene Bars um die Ecke.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt (ca 8 Min zu Fuß).
Bus zum Kreuz fährt 1 min von der Wohnung entfernt.
Bahnen ca. 8 Min Entfernung zu Fuß.
Teilmöbliert: Kleiderschrank, Küchenschrank, Küchenregal, Kommode, Esstisch und zwei Stühle.
Vorhänge, falls du möchtest.
Minibackofen, Toaster und Wasserkocher lasse ich dir da.
Alles was man zum Leben braucht.
Nur das Bett fehlt. Ich kann dir aber eine Matratze da lassen und bei Bedarf Geschirr und Pfannen/Töpfe.
Müssten uns dann nur absprechen:)
Du zahlst: 377€ Miete + 22€ Strom + 23€ W-Lan
Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine, Fahrradraum und Keller vorhanden.
