Perhaps this is the right apartment for you.
In the case you are from New York, Manhattan, I am interested in home exchange at a negociable given time.
The bright apartment (first floor) has 35 qm, the rent including heating is 310 €, plus elektricity (approx. 30 €, depending of the use).
There is a fitted living kitchen including refridgerator; with a wintergarden and view in the nice parc in front of the landmarket refurbished building. The second room is for sleeping or/and living/learning, what ever you want. The bathroom has a tube and WC but no window.
If you want, you can use the two mattresses, a table, two or more chairs, flat- and tableware.
You have four minutes walk to the bus stop to the city center.
