Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage in Reudnitz, im Osten Leipzigs. Dieser Stadtteil ist bei Studierenden sehr beliebt und bietet alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten finden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Drogerien, Apotheken, Bars, (Fast Food) Restaurants, ein Kino, Parks und mehrere Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen.
