bei uns im Haus sind noch schöne Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe frei (z.B. 2-Raumwohnung, ca. 60m2). Alles wurde gerade neu renoviert, es gibt einen Balkon zum schönen Hinterhof raus, der Lene-Vogt-Park und der Friedenspark, sowie die Straßenbahnlinien 4 (Oststraße/Riebeckstraße) und 15 (Ostplatz) und die Buslinie 60 (Schulze-Boysen-Str.) sind um die Ecke. Die Innenstadt (Augustusplatz) erreicht man per Bahn oder Fahrrad in 5 Minuten). Bei Interesse könnt ihr den Hausverwalter Hr. Malecki unter ----/------- anrufen.
