Hallo! :)

Ich vermiete meine geräumige Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung von Anfang April bis Mitte Juni. Die Zimmer sind möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb im Stadtteil Leipzig Leutzsch, ist aber gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Man braucht nicht mal eine Minute zur Haltestelle der Linie 7, mit der man in 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Aldi und Konsum befinden sich direkt um die Ecke, für größere Einkäufe sind die Leutzsch-Arkaden mit Penny, Rewe und Rossmann auch nicht weit weg, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wer ein bisschen Natur genießen möchte, kann das im Leutzscher Holz oder in einem der nahe gelegenen Parks tun.

Für deinen Aufenthalt sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Stauraum im Kleiderschrank vorhanden.

Ich würde meine Wohnung aus persönlichen Gründen gern an eine weibliche Person untervermieten - also Ladys first! :)
