Hallo in die Runde,
wir haben eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Leutzsch für Februar zu vergeben. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist trotzdem nah am Geschehen. Wanne gibt’s auch plus einen grünen Hinterhof.
Wir sind in der Zeit nicht da und geben die Wohnung gerne weiter, damit sie nicht leer steht.
Da sie drei Zimmer hat, geben wir sie gern an mehrere Personen oder auch gerne an eine Person.
Die Miete liegt bei 700€ mit allem Drum und Dran. Wenn das Geld ein Hindernis für jemanden ist, sagt Bescheid und wir gucken wie wir es hinbekommen!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, 4 min von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Am langen Felde“ entfernt, Supermärkte fußläufig, das große Geschehen auf der Georg-Schwarz 5min mit dem Fahrrad. also super
Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr voll gestellt, sodass ihr ohne Probleme auch viel Zeig mitbringen könnt, wenn das hilfreich ist oder ihr wollt.
