We want to rent our apartment during the summer from 1 May to 30 September. It is fully furnished, as shown in the pictures.
The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the railway and also 5 minutes walk from Mariannenpark. So you are super connected by bus and train and have plenty of shopping/bar/café options right around the corner.
There are also 250 Euro additional costs. Including electricity, heating, and internet would be 950 euros.
The apartment is suitable for a couple or even a small family, also a 2nd WG is naturally conceivable.

Wir wollen unsere Wohnung den Sommer über vom 1. Mai bis 30. September untervermieten. Sie ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, voll möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Eisenbahnstr. und ebenfalls 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Mariannenpark entfernt. Man ist also super mit Bus und Bahn angebunden und hat jede Menge Einkaufs-/Bar‐/Cafémöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.
Es kommen noch 250 Euro Nebenkosten hinzu. Inklusive Strom, Heizung, und Internet wären es dann 950 Euro.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für ein Paar oder auch eine kleine Familie, auch eine 2er-WG ist natürlich denkbar.
