A furnished 3-room apartment is available for rent immediately in the vibrant Plagwitz neighborhood of Leipzig. Situated on the third floor of a well-maintained building, the apartment spans 70 square meters and features an east-facing balcony. With no direct neighbors visible from any windows, it offers both privacy and tranquility.

The building includes a small elevator, though it is not wheelchair accessible.

The apartment has simple furniture, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bed (180x200 cm), a spacious sofa, closets, dressers, two tables, chairs, washing machine, and a dishwasher. If additional furniture is required, the landlord may be open to providing it upon request. Please note that some furniture will be different from the photos, as changes may occur before viewings. The double bed stays the same.

* The full rent includes everything - also electricity and Wifi.

* A parking space in the yard is available for an extra 30€ per month.

* From June, there is also a possibility to rent a garage at the yard of
the building for 30-50 euros per month.

House Rules:
* Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (on the balcony no problem)
* Regularly loud activities are prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
* Pets may be allowed but require prior approval from the landlord.

Notice Period: A minimum notice of three months is required for lease termination by either party.

Preference will be given to individuals with a migration background, FLINTA*, and BIPOC people. Above all, the landlord is seeking reliable and communicative tenants.
