Wir bieten unsere möblierte Wohnung vom 08.10. bis 18.10.2024 zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 80 m². Das zweite Schlafzimmer wird jedoch als Lagerraum für unsere Sachen genutzt. Es steht nicht zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer auf dem Foto stehen zur Verfügung.
Unsere Wohnung ist eine schöne, ruhige Altbauwohnung mit separater Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Sie liegt östlich vom Zentrum Leipzigs. 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Straßenbahn 15 und 4, Bus 60 und 70. 8 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof. 5 Gehminuten zum Supermarkt.
Die Warmmiete vom 08.10. bis 18.10.2024 inklusive Strom und Internet beträgt 600 Euro. Zusätzlich wird eine Kaution erhoben.
Wir wünschen uns nette Zwischenmieter*innen (Singles, Paare oder kleine Familien), die sich während unserer Abwesenheit auch um unsere vielen schönen Pflanzen und Fische kümmern.

We offer our furnished apartment for temporary rent from 08.10. to 18.10.2024.
The apartment is actually a 3-room apartment with about 80 sqm. The second bedroom is used as a storage room for our things. It is not available for rent. The rooms in the picture are available.
Our apartment is a nice, peaceful old building apartment with separate kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. It is located east of the center of Leipzig. 20 minutes walking distance to the center. Good traffic connections with tram 15 and 4, bus 60 and 70. 8 minutes by tram to the main station. 5 minutes walking distance to the supermarket.
Rent from 08.10. to 18.10. 2024 including electricity and internet is 600 Euro. A deposit is required.
We would like to have nice interim tenants (singles, couples or small families) who will also take care of our many beautiful plants and fish during our absence.
