Because I'm rarely in Leipzig for professional reasons, but I don't want to give up the apartment, I'm looking for a fellow owner,
This means that you have the apartment for the most part for yourself up to 3-4 weekends a year. I have an extra bedroom for myself, and the living room would be divided this one weekend. The price includes all additional costs, electricity, internet and TV.
In the house are nice, quiet families that have a healthy, friendly relationship with each other. However, noisy parties, pets and nights music are more "unfavourable".

Special offer :

You would effectively have about 60 m2 for you (a room with balcony that you can set up as you like), living room, bathroom and kitchen) on the first floor. Cabinet is available. You sleep quietly, as the balcony room is located on the canal side with a water view. A very large bathroom with tub, window, washing machine and dryer and the kitchen are fully usable.

From the furnished balcony you can look comfortably and directly on the Karl-Heine channel. The Clara-Zetkin Park is located opposite the apartment. Who knows the area knows how to feel here. Park walks, kayaking trips, subculture on the Sachsenbrücke and in the surroundings, pubs and restaurants, the booming Karl Heine Str., Zschochersche Str. and the life on the canal...the perfect mix!

Extra Gimmick :-) The apartment includes a double kayak with which you can paddle (from almost the front door) to the Cospuden lake to the beach. In the backyard there is an in-house stone oven grill, which invites to cozy barbecue finishes in good weather.

Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen selten in Leipzig bin, aber die Wohnung nicht aufgeben möchte, suche ich einen/eine Mit-Mieter/in,
Das bedeutet, dass du die Wohnung größtenteils bis auf 3-4 Wochenenden im Jahr komplett für dich alleine hast. Ein extra Schlafzimmer habe ich für mich, und das Wohnzimmer wäre dann an diesem einen Wochenende geteilt. Im Preis enthalten sind bereits alle Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet und TV.
Im Haus sind nette, ruhige Familien, die ein gesundes, freundschaftliches Verhältnis miteinander haben. Allerdings sind laute Partys, Haustiere und nachts Musik eher "ungünstig".

Besonderheit/Angebot :

Du hättest effektiv ca. 60 m2 für dich (ein Zimmer mit Balkon, dass du dir einrichten kannst, wie du magst), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche) in der ersten Etage. Schrank ist vorhanden. Man schläft unheimlich ruhig, da das Balkon-Zimmer zur Kanalseite mit Wassserblick gelegen ist. Ein sehr großes Bad mit Wanne, Fenster, Waschmaschine und Trockner und die Küche sind in vollem Umfang mit nutzbar.

Vom möblierten Balkon kann man gemütlich und direkt auf den Karl-Heine-Kanal schauen. Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich der Clara-Zetkin-Park. Wer die Gegend kennt, weiß, wie wohl man sich hier fühlen kann. Parkspaziergänge, Kajak-Ausflüge, Subkultur auf der Sachsenbrücke und in der Umgebung, Kneipen und Restaurants, die boomende Karl Heine Str., Zschochersche Str. und das Leben am Kanal…der perfekte Mix!

Extra Gimmick :-) : Zur Wohnung gehört ein Doppel-Kajak mit dem man ( von beinahe Haustür ) bis zum Cospudener See zum Strand paddeln kann. Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein hauseigener Steinofen-Grill, der zu gemütlichen Grill-Abenden bei gutem Wetter einlädt.
