Die Wohnung ist in der 3. Etage besitzt ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca 20m²) und ein etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer (ca 18m²) sowie Bad, Küche und großen Balkon. Alle Zimmer sind möbeliert
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Nord-Osten Leipzig mit einer schnellen Anbindung in das Zentrum Leipzigs und mit Fahrrad ist alles in 10-15min erreichbar. Es gibt einen großen Park direkt um die Ecke und auch die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung.
Da ich einen Hund besitze, sind Haustiere in der Wohnung erlaubt.
Ihr könnt mich jederzeit Telefonisch erreichen und wir machen einen Termin aus.
Ab dem 18.06. werde ich leider nicht mehr persönlich anwesend sein, eine Schlüsselübergabe wird nach dem 18.06. aber kein problem sein.
