Limited: 1,5 Zi apartment (17.04.-04.05. 2025) Befristet: 1,5 Zi-Wohnung (17.04.-04.05. 2025)

Hello.

Since I go to my home over Easter, I would like to forgive my apartment for a contribution to my rental costs (how much we can discuss) to a person who cares for me, that is to say, especially my planks pour.

The apartment is free from April 17 (Thursday) until May 04 (Sunday) 2025. Please NOT report to you if you want to stay longer – it is really only in this time (or shorter).

The apartment is about 56 square meters and spreads on two levels (Maisonette). It is located in the southern suburb, near the popular and lively Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, about at the level of Kurt-Eisner-Straße. Shops, bars, cafes, supermarkets and connections to public transport are nearby.

The apartment has the following rooms: small hallway, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a spacious living room on the lower floor. From there a spiral staircase leads to the bedroom and work room on the upper floor.

In the cellar there is a laundry and drying room. There is my washing machine that you can of course use. Also included is my W-Lan, bed linen and towels.

There is also a bicycle cellar in the house, but I have always taken my bike to the apartment. Can be transported super with the elevator.

It's important to me that you're non-smoking and don't bring pets. Of course, there should also be a proper and careful handling of my furniture and things in the apartment. (But there aren't many, because I'm going to clear out most of this before you come.)

Da ich über Ostern in die Heimat fahre, möchte ich gerne meine Wohnung für einen Beitrag zu meinen Mietkosten (wie viel können wir besprechen) an eine Person vergeben, die sie für mich hütet, das heißt, v.a. meine Planzen gießt.

Die Wohnung ist frei vom 17. April (Donnerstag) bis zum 04. Mai (Sonntag) 2025. Bitte meldet euch NICHT, wenn ihr länger bleiben wollt – es geht wirklich nur in dieser Zeit (oder kürzer).

Die Wohnung ist ca. 56 qm groß und verteilt sich auf zwei Ebenen (Maisonette). Sie liegt in der Südvorstadt, nahe der beliebten und belebten Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, etwa auf Höhe der Kurt-Eisner-Straße. Geschäfte, Bars, Cafés, Supermärkte und Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung verfügt über folgende Zimmer: Kleiner Flur, voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, sowie ein geräumiger Wohnraum in der unteren Etage. Von dort führt eine Wendeltreppe in das Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer auf der oberen Etage.

Im Keller gibt es einen Wasch- und Trockenraum. Dort steht meine Waschmaschine, die ihr natürlich gern benutzen dürft. Ebenso inklusive ist mein W-Lan, Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Es gibt außerdem noch einen Fahrradkeller im Haus, aber ich habe mein Fahrrad immer mit in die Wohnung genommen. Kann man super mit dem Aufzug transportieren.

Wichtig ist mir, dass du Nichtraucher bist und keine Haustiere mitbringst. Selbstverständlich sollte auch ein ordentlicher und sorgsamer Umgang mit meinen Möbeln und Sachen in der Wohnung sein. (Es sind aber nicht viele, denn ich werde das meiste wegräumen, bevor du kommst.).
