Aber nun zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung (3-Raum) ist grozügig geschnitten. Neben der hochwertigen und voll ausgestatteten Küche – die eine eigene Vorratskammer und einen einladenden Essbereich besitzt – kannst du dich auf ein Wohnzimmer und ein ebenso großzügiges Badezimmer freuen. Vervollständigt wird das Ambiente durch einen Balkon, auf dem du warme Sommerabende bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen kannst.
Sollte es regnen, so bist du herzlich eingeladen, es dir auf dem Sofa mit einer DVD/Bluray aus unserer Sammlung (siehe Bild) vor einem 42“/3D-TV mit einer 5.1 Dolby-Surround-Anlage gemütlich zu machen. Solltest du mit allen Filmen durch sein, kannst du gern die PlayStation 3 nutzen. Solltest du keinen PC haben, würden wir dir einen Desktop-PC überlassen. Unser Internet ist ziemlich schnell - 32 Mbits Download / 2 Mbits Upload (per Kabel &Wifi) und TV kannst du über DVBT-Antenne sehen.
Kostenlose KfZ-Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür, ein Fahrradkeller im Haus.

Your room would be part of a three-room flat (3rd storey) in a renovated apartment building. The flat is quite spacious though still cosy. Besides our kitchen – including all necessary cooking equipment and a dining area – you could look forward to an equally spacious bath room. You’re more than welcome to spend mild summer nights sitting on our balcony with a glass of wine or two.
Should it be rainy instead, you could relax in our living room, choosing a DVD or a blue ray of our collection and feel like home in front of our 42”/3D-TV with a 5.1. (dolby-) surround equipment. If you’re tired of watching DVDs, you’re welcome to use our play station 3 as well. In case, you’re in need of a computer, we’d leave a desktop-pc behind, so you could use it. Our internet is quite good (32 Mbits per Download, 2 Mbits per Upload), you could also watch German TV via an antenna (DVBT).
Since we haven’t used this flat for flat share so far, we would rearrange some furniture in order to make it more suitable and worth a flat share. This would mean, we’d change one wardrobe for a table in the sleeping room and we’d replace the book shelves in the second room by a bed. You could use the wardrobe in the landing for all your stuff that doesn’t fit in room #2.
In terms of parking, there are always free parking spaces in front of our building and there is a bicycle storage room in the basement, too.
Du suchst eine MÖBLIERTE Wohnung, die im Herzen Leipzigs liegt, aber doch durch eine entspannte Lage zu überzeugen weiß? Du willst innerhalb von 10 Minuten per Rad im Stadtzentrum oder am Campus sein? Dann aufgepasst! Dein neues Zimmer liegt im aufstrebenden Volkmarsdorf/Reudnitz.
Die Gegend überzeugt durch eine junge Kneipen- und Kreativszene, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und gute Verkehrsanbindungen (Tram & Bus, die nächste Haltestelle ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt).
Falls du gerne Sport treibst, dann findest du direkt vor der Haustür einen Park, der zum Skaten, Laufen und vielen anderen sportlichen Aktivitäten einlädt, außerdem befindet sich das Fitnessstudio McFit keine 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Eventuelle Sportverletzungen kannst du gleich in der Uniklinik behandeln lassen, die ist auch nicht weit weg ;-)

You are looking for a ready-furnished room in an equally ready-furnished flat close to the city centre? Watch out – this might be your new residence in Leipzig!
Leipzig Volkmarsdorf/Reudnitz is characterised by its young and creative inhabitants. There are many shops around, in case you’re in need of food, drinks, pizza or anything else that’s important. It would take you only 4 minutes to walk to the next tram or bus.
If you like to enjoy the sun in the green or you like to do sports outdoors, all you need to is cross the street and you’d be right in one of Leipzig’s many parks. Here you could spend your time skating, running, etc. You find a fitness club nearby as well as the university medical centre (5-7 mins by bike).
Wir – David und Christin – suchen für den Zeitraum zwischen Oktober 2015 bis Juli 2016 zwei (gern auch drei) Untermieter_innen für unsere schöne Wohnung am Rabet, da wir unsere Wohnung für ein Abenteuer im Ausland kurzzeitig verlassen müssen bzw. eher möchten ;).
Dafür könnte das vorläufig als Arbeitszimmer genutzte Zimmer in ein weiteres (WG-)Zimmer „verwandelt“, werden, d.h. die Regale würden einem Bett und einem kleineren Schreibtisch weichen. Als Kleiderschrank könnte der im Flur stehende Kleiderschrank genutzt werden.
