Zwischenmiete im Zentrum Leipzigs Januar 2025

Während unseres Urlaubs bieten wir unsere wunderschön möblierte, neu ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Wohnung zur Untermiete an :)

Diese eignet sich perfekt für Einzelpersonen oder Paare, da die Couch auch eine Schlafsofa ist könnte auch zwei Personen getrennt voneinander hier schlafen.

Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, Balkonmöbel, eine vollausgestattete, neue Küche, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, eine große Badewanne, Dusche und ein Boxspringbett. Durch die Fußbodenheizung und die Heizkörper ist auch immer angenehm warm. Im Mietpreis enthalten ist außerdem das Internet, sowie der Zugang zu Netflix und Sky :)

Wir würden all unsere persönlichen Sachen in den Keller räumen, sodass alle Schränke größtenteils frei sind. Über das genaue Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum könnten wir auch noch sprechen :) Bei Fragen gerne jederzeit melden! Bevorzugt per email:
