Wir bieten eine schöne große 5-Zimmer Wohnung zum Bezug ab 1.10.2016 an. Die Wohnung ist ca. 155 m² groß, und hat fünf einzelne Zimmer, die direkt vom Flur abgehen. Es handelt sich um eine sanierte Altbauwohnung, wodurch sie ein sehr schönes Parkett und große Fenster hat. Dadurch sind alle Zimmer sehr hell! Es gibt einen großen schönen Balkon, der direkt von der Küche und einem anliegenden Zimmer begehbar ist. Außerdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer, ein kleines für „Gäste“ und ein Größeres mit Badewanne.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil und im Hof können die Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 948 € und die Nebenkosten-Pauschale beläuft sich auf 350€.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man auf dem Markt und in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof. Im Haus gibt es einen Vietnamesen und bald auch einen Pizzaservice, um die Ecke gibt es den traditionellen Döner ;) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl und Rewe sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Einbauküche kann gerne nach Absprache übernommen werden.
