Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell. Durch den großzügigen Flur gibt es genug Platz und Stauraum. Wenn du/ihr ein eigenes Bett und/oder andere Möbel mitbringen möchtet , kann auch von den jetzigen Möbeln etwas im Keller untergestellt werden. Die Whg ist in der 4. Etage, deshalb sind die Zimmer wunderbar hell, mit Nachmittags Sonne je nach Jahreszeit.
Super Lage, in einer sehr netten Nachbar*innenschaft. Alles was es für de Alltag braucht ist schnell erreichbar und die Tramstation ist um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 6. Mai frei und kann ab dann bezogen werden. Mietdauer ist bis Ende September. Es gibt die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung der Wohnung - leider ist das momentan noch nicht absehbar, da ich die Vermietung für meinen Vater mache, der wegen eines Unfalls länger im Krankenhaus sein muss (zeitlich noch unklar wie lange).
