More information about me
I would like to rent a flat for longterm because I am a master's student at the TH OWL and I will start my studies in October 2024. I live with my wife and our baby son. We do not have any pets and we do not smoke. I get an allowance of 1000-1500€ per month because I have a scholarship from the DAAD. So I can pay the rent and other household costs.
We are a happy family and really respect the neighbors. We do not make a lot of noise and abide by all building's/neighborhood's rules. We do not waste any water, electricity or other resources and we pay great attention to recycling system.
