Searching for a house for me and my daughter

I am very introvert, not a party lover, full time working and a mom of a beautiful 2 year old. She is just like any other toddler when it comes to the tantrums but she is disciplined, doesn't go around destroying or breaking stuff ever. Best human being I have ever met in my life. Haha.
Coming to Germany with hopes and plan to build a life for both of us, and give my child a home and future she deserves.
I have a secure job, so rent on time is not a problem. As it will be a kid bearing home, it will always stay neat and clean and maintained.

I am looking in areas near to my Bayer office in Leverkusen with day care nearby so that we don't spend much time in commuting daily. Am okay if there are no city noises around, we spend most of our time at home, playing and cooking and sleeping on weekends.
