Hi, we’re moving out of our flat in Elephant and Castle and would like to suggest new tenants to our landlord to get out of the contract a month early.
The flat is ideal for students, in a central location and has three bedrooms, one of them a double. The others are slightly smaller but also have a bed, desk / table and storage space.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a washer with dryer function, an oven and a dishwasher!
We’ll be leaving core furniture such as the beds, tables etc.

Super close to multiple bus stops and zone 1 tube station (Elephant and Castle).
In a side street, so not too busy or loud.
The imperial war museum with a park is very close by.
Rent is currently £2400 pounds.
The deposit is one monthly rent.
