Moin, ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung, ich ziehe Ende Februar endgültig aus. Sie eignet sich gut für junge Auszubilden/Studenten/Arbeitnehmer . Sie verfügt über einen Balkon, ein Waschmaschinenanschluss im Keller, ein Kellerraum und einen Trockenboden.

Die Wohnräume sind mit Laminat ausgelegt, den würde kostenlos an den Nachmieter abtreten wollen. Im Bad ist PVC und Küche ebenfalls.
Die Küche gehört NICHT zur Wohnung! Die ist beim Einzug also leider nicht da.
Möbel Übernahme Möglichkeit besteht für: das Sofa / den Kleiderschrank /- und für den Kühlschrank, gegen eine Abschlagszahlung.

Neben an befindet sich direkt der Edeka, ein Hausarzt und eine Apotheke. In der direkten Nähe befinden sich auch zwei Bushaltestellen (~50 m ).
Der Hauptcampus ist circa in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Im Haus. Befinden sich noch mehre Parteien ,alle sind sehr nett und quatschten gerne auch mal mit einem.
Die Wohnung wird von der Verwaltung-Umland vermiete, die Treffen dann also die endgültige Entscheidung.
Was du für die definitiv brauchst, ist ein Einkommensnachweis oder Bürgschaft von den Eltern.
