Ich vermiete meine Wohnung ( ca. 52 m2 ) ab dem 01.03.24 für 3 Monate unter.
Die Wohnung liegt in 21339 Lüneburg. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min in der Innenstadt und eine Haltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Trockner und Waschmaschine stehen im Keller und können für 50ct pro Durchgang genutzt werden.
Die Kaltmiete liegt bei 500 € . Es fallen ca. 300€ für Nebenkosten an. (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet)
Da ich meine Möbel, Geschirr Planzen etc. hier lasse, hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 750€. Das ist die Hälfte der Kaution, die ich für die Wohnung bezahlt habe.
