Kleine aber gemütliche zwei Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles was man so braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen: Küche, Bad, zwei Zimmer, einen Kellerraum und einen Waschraum. Das Zimmer zum Hof raus hat morgens Sonne und das Zimmer zur Straße hat die Abendsonne. Obwohl sich die Wohnung in der Nähe von der Hauptstraße befindet ist sie sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl als zweier WG, als auch als Wohnung für eine Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen.

- eine Bushaltestelle, quasi direkt vor der Haustür, bringt dich innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum Sande, wobei du mit dem Fahrrad schneller bist;)
- die Uni erreichst du mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 20 Minuten
- Aldi ist direkt um die Ecke und ein Rewe, sowie ein Alnatura sind in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
- zum Bahnhof brauchst du ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß
- das Hanseviertel inklusive Wald eignet sich super, um nach einem langen Uni- oder Arbeitstag in der Natur zu entspannen.
