Die Wohnung befindet sich in der vierten Etage. Es ist die oberste Etage. Die ganze Wohnung in 72 qm. Es gibt eine Toilette, die auch ein Bad hat. Es gibt insgesamt drei Zimmer. Das zusätzliche Zimmer ist ein Gästezimmer/Wohnzimmer.
