Rental for a great apartment near Schillerplatz Zwischenmiete für eine tolle Wohnung nähe Schillerplatz

We rent our great apartment in Walpodenstr near the Schillerplatz. The apartment is super central. To the station you need 10 minutes walk, the city centre is reachable in 5 minutes and you can also reach shopping in 3 minutes. The Gaustraße with many cafes, bars, pilates spots is right next to you - so you are in the middle of it and still you live quietly due to the location in the one-way street + back house.

The apartment consists of 4.5 rooms. The bedroom with a walking dressing room. A workroom, dining room and living room, which is my workroom at the same time. We have two height-adjustable, rollable desks with the whole home office equipment, which can be used as needed. The apartment also has two bathrooms - one with bathtub and the other with shower. There is also a terrace from the kitchen

We rent the apartment from 1 October 2025 until the end of February 2026.
In the apartment must not be smoked and animals are not allowed because I am allergic..

Wir vermieten unsere tolle Wohnung in der Walpodenstr nähe des Schillerplatzes. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Zum Bahnhof benötigst du 10 minuten zu Fuß, die Innenstadt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichst du auch in 3 Minuten. Die Gaustraße mit vielen Cafes, Bars, Pilates Spots ist direkt neben an - Du bist also mitten drin und trotzdem wohnst du ruhig aufgrund der Lage in der Einbahnstraße + Hinterhaus.

Die Wohnung besteht aus 4,5 Zimmern. Das Schlafzimmer mit einem abgehenden Ankleidezimmer. Einem Arbeitszimmer, Esszimmer und dem Wohnzimmer was gleichzeitig mein Arbeitszimmer ist. Wir haben zwei höhenverstellbare, rollbare Schreibtische mit dem ganzen Homeoffice equipment, welches bei Bedarf genutzt werden kann. Außerdem hat die Wohnung zwei Bäder - eins mit Badewanne und das andere mit Dusche. Von der Küche geht außerdem eine Terrasse ab 🌞

Wir vermieten die Wohnung ab dem 1. Oktober 2025 bis Ende Februar 2026.
In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden und Tiere sind nicht erlaubt, da ich Allergikerin bin..
