• Voll möbliert mit wirklich allem drum und dran
• Großer Westbalkon, super fürs Sonne tanken nach der Arbeit (c)
• Adresse: Pariser Straße 8, Mainz-Oberstadt
• Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermarkt, DHL/Hermes, Pizza- & Dönerladen gleich ums Eck
Frei ab 28. Oktober 2024
Haustiere sind erlaubt, müssen aber mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden.

Bis in die Altstadt braucht ihr nur ca. 20 min zu Fuß oder ca.
5 min mit dem Fahrrad (bergab (3).
Zum Hauptbahnhof kommt man in 10 Minuten mit der Tram oder dem Bus, die direkt vor der Haustüre abfahren.
Direkt ums Eck findet ihr eine Pizzeria, einen Dönerladen, einen Hermes & DHL Paketshop sowie zwei Krankenhäuser.

Da ich ins andere Stadt gehe, würde ich gerne alle Möbel, die Küche und was ihr sonst noch braucht an den Nachmieter geben.
Für die Möbel + Lampen, Teppiche, Gardinen & Küche inkl.
Kühlschrank & Waschmaschine würde ich 3250€ nehmen.
Für alles weitere also:
