Hi,
The apartment is total furnished, with clothes bed inclusive. Two bedrooms, both with 2 beds, two bathrooms, one living room, kitchen with all the accesories and a big terrace with a wonderfull views to the beach. It can be for families or for a group of friends as well, because there is the possibility of having 6 beds in total.
You have WIFI internet inclusive.
The apartment is not newly built but it is nice, friendly and a wonderful area to enjoy the beach and sun. 15 mts walking to the beach, nearly you have supermarkets, shops, only 50 mts of the bus station and 300mts from the Train Station (Torreblanca).
Ah, the swimmingpool is open from Juny until September.
Te price for the full month is 695€ from October until May; Juny 1000€, July and Agoust 2000€, September 1000€.
We rent as well for 15 days, being the half price of the full month.
I rent weekly only from October until May, costing 400€/week.
It´s possible to rent for all the year, costing 900€/month, so to share it can be 450€ per person.
