Am Mannheimer Marktplatz ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung ruhig, da sie in der zweiten Reihe, also im Hinterhaus, gelegen ist.
Sie hat schöne hohe Decken, 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne und es ist insgesamt sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist mit den zwei Zimmern, von denen eins ein Durchgangszimmer (Wohnzimmer) ist, nicht WG geeignet, sondern eher für Singles oder Pärchen.
Küche ist drin und bleibt auch drin, dafür wird kein Abschlag genommen. Im Schlafzimmer bleiben 2 Ikea PAX Schränke, die wir 1x aufgebaut haben inklusive Lampen. Ebenfalls bleibt ein großes Ikea Bett drin (2m x 2,10m) inklusive Matratze. Außerdem bleibt die Waschmaschine drin. Für die vier Möbelstücke nehmen wir 500€ als Abschlag. Es gibt einen Keller Stellplatz. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig aber freundlich.
