Hallo, wir (Caroline und Yannick) machen nächstes Jahr eine längere Auslandsreise und suchen nette Zwischenmieter für unsere schöne Altbauwohnung. Die helle Dreizimmerwohnung liegt im 2. OG eines sanierten Altbaus. Die Wohnung hat ca 87 m² , eine große Küche, ein separates WC und 2 Balkone (Nord- und Südseite), die Sitzmöglichkeiten bieten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen im Stadtteil Neckarstadt Ost. Zum Alten Messplatz/Feuerwache sind es ca 2 Gehminuten, von dort aus hat man eine gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie mehrere Bars und Cafés. Die Wohung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Wir möchten die Wohnung möbliert bzw. teilmöbliert vermieten, möglichst an Nichtraucher (oder Balkonraucher), ohne Haustiere. Der Keller kann mitbenutzt werden. Das Parken in der Umgebung ist zwar kostenlos, je nach Uhrzeit ist es aber schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden.
