The house is conveniently located but quiet in Mannheim, Neckarstadt near the Capitol and the Old Fire Guard. Cultural venues, cafes and restaurants, as well as shopping facilities are within walking distance. The supermarkets also cover the daily needs of the weekly market, as well as the owner-operated vegetable retailers, butchers and bakers. A connection to the ÖPNV is within a 2-minute walk. From here it is about 10 minutes to the clinic, about 15 minutes to the main railway station and the university and about 20 minutes to the work of BASF in Ludwigshafen; the city centre can also be reached within walking distance.

Travel time of 10-20 minutes. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in 30 minutes by ICE.

Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig, aber ruhig in Mannheim, Neckarstadt in der Nähe des Capitol und der Alten Feuerwache. Kulturstätten, Cafes und Restaurants, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Den täglichen Bedarf decken die Supermärkte aber auch der Wochenmarkt, sowie die Inhabergeführten Gemüsehändler, Metzger und Bäcker. Ein Anschluss an den ÖPNV ist binnen 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Von hier sind es etwa 10 Minuten zum Klinikum, ca 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Universität und ca 20 Minuten zum Werk der BASF in Ludwigshafen; die Innenstadt kann aber auch in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Zu den Anschlüssen an die Autobahnen A5, A6 und A61 bedarf es einer
Fahrtzeit von 10-20 Minuten. Der Flughafen Frankfurt ist mit dem ICE in 30 Minuten erreichbar.
