I'm looking for a cozy apartment for rent in the Neckarstadt East or in the East City.

Wish details:
- Size: approx. [40] m2
- Rental price: up to max. [550] € warm
- Availability: as I've separated from my friend, I'm looking for an apartment.
- Equipment: Preferred with balcony/terrace, fitted kitchen [but is not necessary] and a bathroom with window.

About me:
I am 36 years old, doing my second school education in Frankfurt as a professional make-up artist and hairstylist. Since I have to swing from Mannheim to Frankfurt every day, it is unfortunately not possible to go to work for me right now. Therefore, the rent is still taken over by the Office.

I attach great importance to a harmonious living environment. I'm non-smoking and have no pets. I'd have a dog in the future.

Location:
Preferred in a quiet but central location with good access to public transport and shopping nearby.

Gesucht wird 2 Zimmer-Wohnung:
Ich suche eine gemütliche Wohnung zur Miete am liebsten in der Neckarstadt Ost oder in der Oststadt.

Wunschdetails:
- Größe: ca. [40] m²
- Mietpreis: bis max. [550] € warm
- Verfügbarkeit: da ich mich von meinem Freund getrennt habe, suche ich dringend nach einer Wohnung.
- Ausstattung: Bevorzugt mit Balkon/Terrasse, Einbauküche [ist jedoch kein muss] und einem Badezimmer mit Fenster.

Über mich:
Ich bin 36 Jahre alt, mache in Frankfurt meine zweite Schulische Ausbildung als Professional Make-up Artist und Hairstylist. Da ich täglich von Mannheim nach Frankfurt Pendeln muss, ist es momentan leider nicht möglich für mich arbeiten zu gehen. Daher wird die Miete noch vom Amt übernommen.

Ich lege großen Wert auf ein harmonisches Wohnumfeld. Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe keine Haustiere. Würde mir in der Zukunft vllt einen Hund zulegen.

Lage:
Bevorzugt in einer ruhigen, aber zentralen Lage mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
