Hello dear owners,
my partner (32) and I (27) are looking for a common home in Mannheim.
We are very reliable and quiet tenants.
We are permanently employed at MVV Energie AG and SAP SE and have a positive Schufa (request now) information.
In our leisure time we are active athletic, enjoying boulders and pottering (no worries, in a separate studio). We also like plants very much to create a cozy atmosphere.
We're non-smoking.
With us two dear cats come, Maya and Momo.
Our dream apartment would have 4 rooms so that we can set up a home office, high ceilings, a window in the bathroom, a balcony on which the sun shines and from which you can see a little green. She would be on the 1st or 2nd floor or have an elevator if higher. In a quiet location in Schwetzingerstadt, Oststadt, Lindenhof or the Neckarstadt Ost.
