Elderly teacher couple looking for apartment in the Munich East

We are Anna and Johannes looking for an apartment in the Munich East. We are both 34 years old and have been teaching for several years on a medium-sized or Primary school in Trudering, which is why we want to live close to work, for example by bike to work. As our apartment has been cancelled because of its own needs, we urgently seek a new home.
We are a quiet and reliable couple that is important for a peaceful escape with the neighborhood. Rest and order are of course for us as tenants.
In our leisure time, we are active athletic, nature-related and enjoying the fresh air, which is why a small balcony or even garden would be our absolute dream.
We are both non-smoking, have no pets and are looking for a long-term rental relationship.
We will of course bring a positive Schufa (request now) statement, evidence of salary and liability insurance.
