From 01.03.2025, an apartment is released in the residential project BARAC on Franklin, Mannheim. The approximately 52 m2 unit consists of two apartments connected by a common bathroom, each with a pantry kitchen. Ideal for an individual or two women who want to live together as a WG. In addition, there is a shared kitchen and a spacious hall that we design and use together.
Currently, 4 men (regularly there are 2 men) live in our hallway. We place great emphasis on a living and creative community and therefore seek a female roommate who wants to actively contribute.
The BARAC project combines housing, art and inclusion, but the focus is on joint exchange.

The connection is excellent: with the tram (station place of friendship) you are in the city centre in 20 minutes. Shops are also constantly expanded.
The old US stock building is located on an old barracks (Benjamin-Franklin-Village) and is located in the new emerging district Franklin.
The building is located directly on the Käfrtal forest.
