Environment: A safe neighborhood with essential amenities nearby is important to me.
Rent: I have a reasonable budget, with a preference for all-inclusive rent (warm rent). Both warm and cold rent are acceptable, provided that utilities (water, electricity, internet) are clearly itemized.
