Die Lage ist sehr zentral, zum Bahnhof in 10 Gehminuten,zum Marktplatz 5 Gehminuten, zur Realschule, bzw. Gymnasium 3 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und auch sonnig.
Es sind keine Haustiere erwünscht, da sich in der Wohnung im 1. OG bereits 2 Katzen befinden. Außerdem wünschen wir Nichtraucher,
Eine Einbauküche mit Herd und Spüle ist vorhanden ( kein Geschirrspüler) zusätzlich stehe noch eine Eckbank, ein Schrank und eine Kommode zur Verfügung, was aber keine Übernahmebedingung ist.
