The apartment is great for one person or a couple! There is a large living room with kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and toilet as well as a balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and was repainted and furnished two years ago. One person can also sleep on the sofa as a guest. The apartment offers lots of light and is very spacious.

The location is ideal as it is only a 4-minute walk to the train station and from there you can be in Vienna in just a few minutes. At the same time you only walk 10 minutes to the city center of Mödling, 15 minutes to the forest for a nice walk in the green and 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket! The location has everything you need and is nice and quiet.

I lived here for two years, worked and studied in Vienna and spent my free time in Mödling enjoying the nature around. Now I'll be traveling for 4 months and that's why I'm renting out my apartment. I'm looking forward to finding a nice subtenant for this time who feels just as comfortable in the apartment as I do.
