The apartment is partially furnished (bed couch, wardrobe, dining table, kitchen, etc.) and you have no stress on site. Whether kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), washing machine, TV, new bathroom, super-fast WLAN and more - you can use everything. There is also an elevator in the building.

Of course, all around it can be found in the immediate vicinity (banks, supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, beer gardens, theatre, opera, etc.) and also to the Isar (5 minutes) it is not far.

Hinweis: Die Warmmiete (inkl. Strom, Heizung, WLAN, TV, etc.) für den genannten Zeitraum ist 2.200€/Monat.

Es handelt sich um eine außergewöhnliche Altbauwohnung, individuell und hochwertig eingerichtet - mitten in der historischen Altstadt! Der Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, die Isar und vieles mehr sind direkt ums Eck und in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Inneren der Wohnung ist alles sehr offen gestaltet und es ist insgesamt eine echte Wohlfühloase mit Echtholzboden in allen Zimmern. Die Bilder beschreiben es wohl am besten, denke ich.

Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Bettcouch, Schrank, Esstisch, Küche, etc.) ausgestattet und ihr habt somit keinerlei Stress vor Ort. Ob Küche (Mit Backofen und Spülmaschine), Waschmaschine, TV, neues Badezimmer, superschnelles WLAN und mehr - ihr könnt alles gerne benutzen. Auch ein Aufzug ist im Gebäude vorhanden.
