Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und eignet sich mit einem großen(20qm) und einem kleinen Zimmer(12qm) sowohl für ein Paar oder für eine WG.
In der großen Küche bedindet sich eine festinstallierte Einbauküche mit einer guten Spülmaschine. Es gibt auch eine Abstellkammer in der Wohnung und im Keller hat man Abstellfläche und Platz für Fahrräder.
Ich gebe die Wohnung nur auf, weil ich meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht und ich die Wohnung alleine nicht halten kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönsten Viertel von Greifswald - der Fleischervorstadt. Man läuft 7 min bis zum Bahnhof und 7 min bis zur Innenstadt. Es ist angenhem ruhig und auch die Nachbarn sind klasse.
