Die schöne, helle und ruhige 64 m2 Altbauwohnung ist möbliert und hat neben zwei großen Zimmern (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, das auch als Schlafraum verwendet werden kann) eine Wohnküche mit Balkon, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine separate Toilette.
Die Küche wurde vor Kurzem teilrenoviert (neue Arbeitsplatte).
Die Wohnung hat originales Holzparkett und Gasheizung.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar, eignet sich aber auch für eine zweier WG.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung befristet, da mein Sohn irgendwann dort einziehen möchte.
Der genaue Zeitpunkt ist aber noch nicht sicher.
Daher auch gerne kürzere Zeiträume.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden. Die Tram hält direkt vor dem Haus und zur S-Bahn Hirschgarten oder U-Bahn Friedenheimer Straße/Westenstraße sind es 5-10 Minuten.
Von dort ist man in 15-20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof/Marienplatz.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Supermärkte.
